Description

A delicious and healthy Cheesy Air Fryer Zucchini and Squash Casserole that is low in calories and high in protein, perfect for a nutritious meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 2 medium yellow squashes, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded low-fat cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchinis and squashes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
