Ingredients

  • 10 fresh jalapeños
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place the filled jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
