- 1 can black beans (15 oz, drained and rinsed)
- 2 cups beef broth

- 1/2 cup corn (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add the taco seasoning and stir to combine.
- Pour in the diced tomatoes, black beans, beef broth, and pasta.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the pasta is cooked, about 10-12 minutes.
