Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and melted butter. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Punch down the dough and divide it into small pieces.
  7. Roll each piece into a ball and stuff with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Arrange the cheese-stuffed dough balls in a greased bundt pan.
  9. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and parsley over the top.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
