- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and melted butter. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Punch down the dough and divide it into small pieces.
- Roll each piece into a ball and stuff with mozzarella cheese.
- Arrange the cheese-stuffed dough balls in a greased bundt pan.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and parsley over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
