Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add the diced bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet; sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning; bring to a simmer.
