- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, etc.)
- 1/2 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and brown sugar until well combined.
- Add in the chocolate chips, dried fruits, nuts, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until evenly mixed.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
