- 1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the biscuit pieces on the bottom.
- Spread the chicken and bacon mixture over the biscuit layer.
- Top with the remaining biscuit pieces and sprinkle with the rest of the cheddar cheese.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before pulling apart and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add chopped green onions or jalapeños to the filling.
- These rolls are best served warm.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
