1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese.
Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
In a greased baking dish, layer half of the biscuit pieces on the bottom.
Spread the chicken and bacon mixture over the biscuit layer.
Top with the remaining biscuit pieces and sprinkle with the rest of the cheddar cheese.
Drizzle melted butter over the top and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before pulling apart and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add chopped green onions or jalapeños to the filling.
These rolls are best served warm.
