- 2 tablespoons chili oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce and chili oil.
- Add the minced garlic, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil to the bowl.
- If desired, stir in the crushed red pepper flakes for extra heat.
- Mix all the ingredients well until the sugar is dissolved.
