Description

A delicious and easy-to-make Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito that combines grilled chicken with a zesty ranch flavor, wrapped in a soft tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup black beans (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in chipotle ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  5. Warm the flour tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. Assemble the burritos by placing sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, black beans, and cilantro on each tortilla.
  7. Roll up the tortillas tightly to form burritos.
