Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler and drizzle over the pie.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
