Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, and eggs.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fold in the diced apples gently.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the crumble ingredients: brown sugar, oats, flour, and cinnamon.
  7. Fill each muffin cup with the batter and sprinkle the crumble mixture on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
