- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add melted butter, sugar, and eggs to the yeast mixture and mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Mix together additional sugar and cinnamon for topping and sprinkle it over the dough.
- Cover the loaf and let it rise again for about 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of white sugar.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
