- 4 cups chicken broth

- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine chicken pieces, chicken broth, carrots, celery, and onion. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is cooked through, about 30 minutes.
- Remove chicken from the pot, let cool, and shred the meat.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in melted butter and milk until a dough forms.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dumpling dough into the simmering broth.
- Add the shredded chicken back into the pot and cover. Cook for 15-20 minutes until dumplings are fluffy.
