Description

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
