Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) of whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) of cream-style corn
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1 package (8.5 oz) of corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
  3. Add the corn muffin mix and stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
