Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the chili powder and cumin, cooking for an additional minute.
  4. Add the kidney beans, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and beef broth to the pot.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
