Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the halved potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
