Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the orange juice, zest, honey, chicken broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour the cranberry-orange mixture over the top.
- Add fresh cranberries on top of the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
