Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, cranberries, orange juice, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with additional cranberry sauce if desired.
