Description

Cranberry Panna Cotta is a creamy and silky dessert infused with the tartness of cranberries, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh cranberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, cranberry juice, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  3. Remove the cream mixture from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Garnish with fresh cranberries before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter panna cotta, adjust the sugar to taste.
  • Make sure to let the gelatin bloom properly for the best texture.
