- 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh cranberries for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, cranberry juice, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Remove the cream mixture from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter panna cotta, adjust the sugar to taste.
- Make sure to let the gelatin bloom properly for the best texture.
