- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- For a lighter version, you can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
