Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  5. Stir in the cooked pasta and half of the Parmesan cheese until well coated.
  6. Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
