- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, sauté the mushrooms and garlic until soft.
- Add the heavy cream, chicken broth, thyme, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir well.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the creamy mushroom mixture over them.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
