- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
- Add tomato sauce, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet; mix well.
- Combine the cooked spaghetti with the meat sauce mixture.
- Transfer half of the spaghetti mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle half of the cheddar and Parmesan cheese over the first layer.
- Add the remaining spaghetti mixture and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the meat sauce.
- Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
