- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted, then remove from heat.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the spinach with the cheese mixture.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the creamy spinach mixture on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
