Ingredients

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage

  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
