- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp paprika

- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each fish fillet in the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated fish fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, combine shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, and sour cream to make the slaw.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing fish on the tortillas and topping with slaw.
- Serve immediately with extra lime wedges on the side.

- For extra flavor, marinate the fish in lime juice and spices for 30 minutes before cooking.
