- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Break the matzo into quarters and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Spray the matzo lightly with olive oil.
- Spread a layer of pizza sauce over each piece of matzo.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- Add pepperoni slices if desired, and sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
