Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of matzo
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Break the matzo into quarters and place them in the air fryer basket.
  3. Spray the matzo lightly with olive oil.
