Deliciously crispy baked chicken wings coated in a sweet and spicy honey-sriracha sauce.

- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the wings for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
- Adjust the amount of sriracha to taste for desired spiciness.
- Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for dipping.
