Description

Deliciously crispy baked chicken wings coated in a sweet and spicy honey-sriracha sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
  4. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • For extra crispiness, broil the wings for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
