Description
Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower Wings are a delicious and healthier alternative to traditional buffalo wings, perfect for game day or any gathering.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix the buffalo sauce with melted butter.
- Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss them in the buffalo sauce mixture until well coated.
- Return the coated cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can air fry the cauliflower instead of baking.
- Adjust the level of spiciness by using mild or hot buffalo sauce.
- These wings can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven.
