Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the buffalo sauce with melted butter.
  6. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss them in the buffalo sauce mixture until well coated.
  7. Return the coated cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
