Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in dill pickle juice for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
