Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Cook the rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix the diced salmon with sriracha, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
  4. Form the cooled rice into small, compact squares or rounds.
  5. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the rice pieces until golden and crispy on both sides.
  6. Top each crispy rice piece with a spoonful of the spicy salmon mixture.
  7. Garnish with avocado slices and chopped green onions.
