- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 sandwich buns
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge the shrimp in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the ‘Bang Bang’ sauce.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing lettuce and crispy shrimp on the buns, then drizzle with ‘Bang Bang’ sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- For a healthier option, you can use whole wheat buns.
