Description

Crispy shrimp sandwiches served with a delicious Air Fryer ‘Bang Bang’ sauce, perfect for a quick and tasty meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 sandwich buns
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge the shrimp in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the ‘Bang Bang’ sauce.
  7. Assemble the sandwiches by placing lettuce and crispy shrimp on the buns, then drizzle with ‘Bang Bang’ sauce.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
