Description

A delicious and easy-to-make Crock Pot Bourbon Chicken recipe that is perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup bourbon
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the Crock Pot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the Crock Pot.
