Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)

Instructions

  1. In a crock pot, combine the shredded chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, and black pepper.
  2. Stir the mixture until well combined.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, roll out the pie crusts and place one on top of the chicken mixture in the crock pot.
  5. Cover and continue to cook until the crust is golden brown.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your comforting meal!
