- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 medium potatoes, diced

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, corn, diced onion, minced garlic, chicken broth, diced potatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Stir the ingredients together until well mixed.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the heavy cream.
- Once cooked, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
