Crockpot Honey Garlic Meatballs are a delicious and easy dish that you can set and forget. Perfect for busy days, these meatballs are coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, and egg. Mix well and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic. Pour over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl and stir into the sauce to thicken.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- These meatballs can be served over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
