Description

Crockpot Honey Garlic Meatballs are a delicious and easy dish that you can set and forget. Perfect for busy days, these meatballs are coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, and egg. Mix well and form into meatballs.
  2. Place meatballs in the crockpot.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic. Pour over the meatballs.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl and stir into the sauce to thicken.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
