- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cranberry sauce, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- If using, sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
