- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the pineapple mixture over the top.
- Add diced pineapple on top of the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
