Description

A mouthwatering sandwich made with leftover prime rib, perfect for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 4 oz leftover prime rib, thinly sliced
  • 1 slice of cheese (your choice)
  • 1 tbsp horseradish sauce
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. Spread horseradish sauce and mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Layer the thinly sliced prime rib on one slice of bread.
  3. Add the cheese on top of the prime rib.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread, sauce side down.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
  7. Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.
