Description
A mouthwatering sandwich made with leftover prime rib, perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 4 oz leftover prime rib, thinly sliced
- 1 slice of cheese (your choice)
- 1 tbsp horseradish sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for grilling
Instructions
- Spread horseradish sauce and mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the thinly sliced prime rib on one slice of bread.
- Add the cheese on top of the prime rib.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with the second slice of bread, sauce side down.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
- Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add additional toppings like sautéed onions or peppers.
- Use any type of bread you prefer, such as sourdough or ciabatta.
