Instructions

- Stir in the pistachios and dried cranberries until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, smoothing it out to an even layer.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top for added flavor.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until set.
- Once set, break into pieces and serve.
