- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Place the seared pork chops in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix the chicken broth and ranch seasoning, then pour over the pork chops.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the pork is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add sliced onions or garlic to the slow cooker.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice to soak up the delicious sauce.
