- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup green food coloring
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Red and green sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pistachio pudding mix and milk until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- Add the mini marshmallows, crushed pineapple, and green food coloring, mixing gently.
- If desired, fold in the chopped nuts.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Before serving, garnish with red and green sprinkles.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use low-fat milk and light whipped topping.
- Can be made a day in advance for convenience.
