Description

A modern take on classic deviled eggs, featuring everything bagel seasoning and fresh chives for a bold flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water, bringing it to a boil, then covering and letting sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Remove the eggs from the pot and place them in an ice bath to cool.
  3. Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  4. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  5. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, everything bagel seasoning, and salt and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
  6. Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. Garnish with chopped chives and additional everything bagel seasoning if desired.
  8. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
  • These can be made a day in advance; just keep them covered in the refrigerator.
