Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 23 green chilies, chopped
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Spring onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with soy sauce and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the marinated chicken until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies, and sauté for a minute.
  4. Add sliced onion and bell pepper, and cook until they are slightly tender.
  5. Stir in chili sauce, vinegar, and salt, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
