Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the lime juice and zest, and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
