Description

A delightful and easy-to-make Biscoff Tiramisu that combines the rich flavors of coffee and Biscoff cookies for a perfect dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package Biscoff cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until smooth and creamy.
  3. Dip each Biscoff cookie briefly in the cooled coffee and layer them in a serving dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
  6. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
