Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 cups of mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.
  4. Place the Bundt pan in the center of a baking sheet.
