  • 2 apples, peeled and diced

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the sourdough starter, warm water, and sugar until combined.
  2. Add the flour, olive oil, and salt, and knead until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 2 hours or until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the diced apples with cinnamon and brown sugar.
