Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the sourdough starter, warm water, and sugar until combined.
- Add the flour, olive oil, and salt, and knead until a smooth dough forms.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 2 hours or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a separate bowl, mix the diced apples with cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Once the dough has risen, spread it onto a greased baking sheet and create dimples with your fingers.
- Evenly distribute the apple mixture over the dough.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then drizzle with powdered sugar glaze before serving.
