Description

Easy Pistachio Lush is a delightful no-bake dessert that combines layers of creamy pistachio pudding, whipped topping, and a buttery crust, making it a perfect treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter until well mixed.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the pistachio pudding mix and milk until it thickens.
  4. Fold in half of the whipped topping into the pudding mixture until well combined.
  5. Spread the pistachio pudding mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  6. Top with the remaining whipped topping and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Before serving, garnish with chopped pistachios.
