- 1 (3.4 oz) package pistachio instant pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together the pistachio pudding mix and milk until it thickens.
- Fold in half of the whipped topping into the pudding mixture until well combined.
- Spread the pistachio pudding mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, garnish with chopped pistachios.
