A quick and easy recipe for a delicious snack mix made with pistachios and chocolate.

- 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup pistachio nuts, chopped
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, measure out the Rice Chex cereal and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the Rice Chex and gently stir to coat.
- Add the chopped pistachios and mix well.
- In a separate bag, combine the powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
- Add the chocolate-coated mixture to the bag and shake until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet to cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Feel free to substitute other nuts or add sprinkles for extra fun!
